Gregory Mark Hill

Mr. Hill’s experience is in investment banking, global capital markets, and China emerging market and Asia region business – he is regular speaker at such places including Columbia Business School, NYU Stern, and Harvard University’s Project for Asian and International Relations.
Prior to GCH Partners, Mr. Hill served as Managing Director and Member of the Executive Committee for BDO/Trenwith Securities, and built its China based Wholly Owned Foreign Entity serving as its CEO.
Prior thereto, he was a Board Director and General Partner at V2V Ventures, a Beijing licensed Sino-US VC and IT Consulting Joint Venture Firm with Tsinghua University Enterprise Group and Tsinghua VC called Tsinghua Venture Capital Management.
Before Tsinghua, Mr. Hill worked on Wall Street and completed more than 100 transactions with a volume over $28 billion in public and private LBO, IPO, M&A, and Loan capital market transactions at Credit Suisse First Boston and Deutsche Bank, and The Bank of New York.
Major clients included Amazon, Apple, ATT, Alcoa, AMD, American Express, Broadcom, Conexant, Coleman Lanterns, Dell, Earthlink, Exxon, E*Trade, GM, General Instruments, Heinz, IBM, Intel, J&J, Laminex, Lexmark, The Limited, Macy’s, Marvel Comics, Microsoft, P&G, Revlon, PPG, RF Micro Devices, Philip Morris/Kraft, Rockwell, SEPTA, Xerox, TD Ameritrade, Tech Data, Texas Instruments, Victoria Secret, Westinghouse, Zhone Technologies.
Mr. Hill also serves from time to time as senior advisor to leading social entrepreneurial, impact, health and educational philanthropic organizations such as Ashoka and The Nature Conservancy.
Mr. Hill is a graduate in Economics from Trinity College.

Gregory Mark Hill
Peter Saulnier
GCH PARTNERS
Mr. Saulnier is a Managing Partner & CFO, and has broad and deep experience in mergers and acquisitions and the capital markets both as an investment banker and as CFO of a private equity backed telecommunications company. He has advised clients on more than 70 transactions including public and private equity and debt financings; M&A and exclusive sales; and complex recapitalizations for a broad range of industrial and consumer, manufacturing and service companies.
Prior to joining GCH Partners, Mr. Saulnier was Managing Partner of Harding Capital LLC, a financial advisory firm, focused on middle market companies in the telecommunications, manufacturing, industrial services and consumer products sectors.
Prior thereto, he was Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Country Road Communications, LLC from 2000 to 2005. As CFO, he helped grow operating EBITDA more than seven times in a five year period via acquisitions and implementing cost efficiency programs. From 1983 to 1999 Peter held positions in investment banking at several firms including Drexel Burnham Lambert, PaineWebber, Smith Barney, Bear Stearns and SG Cowen, the U.S. based investment banking division of Société Générale.
He founded the Paper, Forest Products and Packaging Industry Coverage Group at Smith Barney in 1994 and ran a similar group at SG Cowen where he also had responsibility for managing Société Générale’s $500 million bank loan portfolio and worked closely with the bank’s European based M&A staff on cross boarder business.
Mr. Saulnier holds a BA degree in Political Economy from Williams College, an MBA from Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth, and was elected an Edward Tuck Scholar.
Jose V. Fernandez
GCH PARTNERS
Mr. Fernandez is a former Consular Officer of the Consulate General of Spain in New York and a VP of Business Development at The Global Good Fund where he unearthed his passion for reclaiming the word “business” until it embodies sustainability and positive social impact by uniting public, private and nonprofit sectors into a new way forward.
Mr. Fernandez began his career in diplomacy as a Trade Officer for the Embassy of Spain to help compatriot entrepreneurs internationalize into foreign markets, teaching best practices learned during his international experience at L’Oréal and ING.
A certified chartered economist and founding member of Citizens, the fourth political power in Spain, Mr. Fernandez gave a voice to his nation’s struggling families as the party’s Speaker and candidate to the European Parliament and local elections until 2012.
A social advocate by day and entrepreneur by night, Mr. Fernandez co-founded and governed three non-profit organizations and a business venture in Spain. He also earned an MBA from the Universidad Internacional Menéndez Pelayo.
Christopher Meissner
GCH PARTNERS
Mr. Meissner joined GCH Partners in 2016 and serves as the Director of Sustainability.
Mr. Meissner spent the first 12+ years of his career working in market intelligence, business development and strategy functions within the global telecommunications industry. Most recently he was VP of Strategy for the Home Division of Orange, where he was responsible for developing long term strategy for the senior management of the company and coordinating strategic planning across the companies in Orange’s global footprint. Mr. Meissner has an MBA from Tulane University in International Management and Technology Strategy and has utilized these skills while living and working in multiple countries throughout his career.
Mr. Meissner has always had a strong personal commitment to environmental issues and chose in 2013 to transition his career to focus on leveraging public and private financial markets to address critical sustainability issues. To facilitate this transition, Mr. Meissner completed his Master of Science in Sustainability Management at Columbia University, where he concentrated on sustainable finance and water-related issues.
Seung-Hye Jung
GCH PARTNERS
Ms. Jung is an Operations Manager for GCH Partners. Ms. Jung works on research, data base, and IT projects and also manages the “GCH China Readiness Tool” for our clients and prospects seeking to enter China.
Prior to GCH Partners, Ms. Jung served in various capacities from technical services support, sales and marketing, financial and compensation analysis as well as internships across several industries including financial, technology, and bio-technology at Fortune 1000 companies such as Global Reinsurance Corporation, and DELL, where she received multiple performance awards.
Ms. Jung was a Merit Scholar with a B.S in Atmospheric Science from Yonsei University, Seoul, South Korea, and received a Masters in Science in Statistics from Rutgers University.
Alexa D. Willson
Alexa D. Willson, ADVISORY PARTNER
Ms. Willson is an Advisory Partner of GCH Partners. with extensive expertise in financial advisory, strategic consulting and capital markets. Ms. Willson has experience in structuring, valuation, and negotiation of complex corporate transactions for large and middle market companies. She has also provided numerous fairness opinions to public and private corporate boards, and expert testimony.
Prior to GCH Partners, Ms. Willson founded and was President of Mille Capital Corporation, an investment banking firm that she led for twelve years which specialized in financial advisory and mergers & acquisitions transactions for consumer, healthcare, environmental and business services companies. An investment banker for 25 years, Ms. Willson began her career on Wall Street and was a banker at firms including Kidder Peabody and Drexel Burnham Lambert.
Ms. Willson also has investment management and investment experience having worked as a Private Client Advisor for US Trust, as a Wealth Advisor with Bessemer Trust, and as Co-Manager of TriCapital Ltd., a Bermuda based, closed-end investment firm with $600 million invested in fixed income securities. Ms. Willson is a Managing Partner of Cloudstone Venture Capital, an early stage health tech venture capital firm.
Ms. Willson received a B.A. from Harvard University and an M.B.A. from Stanford University’s Graduate School of Business. She has served on numerous for-profit and not-for profit boards, including as Vice Chair of Avalence LLC, a clean energy company, and as Chair of the Investment Committee of HCNY Foundation. She teaches Financial Literacy and is a member of Environmental Entrepreneurs.
Tharald Nustad
Mr. Nustad has experience and expertise in the following fields: IT development, web design, 3D visualization, video production, finance, business, real estate development, strategy, media, marketing, EVs.
In addition to involvement in Plastilin, Mr. Nustad is principal owner and chairman of property company Mallin AS. He is socially engaged and is a member of Ashoka Support Network, an organization that works to help develop social entrepreneurs and their organizations.
He holds a Bachelor of Science in Applied Physics from the US.
David Leong
He has significant experience in the health & wellness sector and e-commerce and restaurant industries. He also has real estate development, management and marketing since 2002.
Prior to 2002, he was a technology professional at Avanade and Accenture LLP. Representative clients included large corporates such as American Express, Credit Suisse First Boston, Johnson & Johnson, Merrill Lynch and The Wall Street Journal.
David is a graduate of the Stern School of Business at New York University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance and Information Technology.
Yasmine Pedersen
Ms. Pedersen was an Asset Manager for Taconic Investment Partners focused on Taconic’s real estate portfolio management activities. Previously, Ms. Pedersen served as a key development and acquisitions executive for Island Capital overseeing real estate activities for their portfolio company Island Global Yachting. Prior to Island Capital, Ms. Pedersen was Director of Retail Development for Giorgio Armani overseeing their US real estate portfolio including development and concept design of stores. In addition, Ms. Pedersen’s experience includes serving as CEO of Quest Group, a nationwide facilities management company serving Fortune 500 companies.
Ms. Pedersen studied in Switzerland at Les Roches Hotel Management School and holds a Bachelor of Science in Real Estate from New York University.
Geof Rochester
Most recently, he served in global roles as Managing Director and Chief Marketing Officer of The Nature Conservancy, where he was responsible for steering the organization’s marketing, membership and visibility strategies. Prior, he held the positions of Executive Vice President for Marketing at World Wrestling Entertainment and Senior Vice President for Marketing at Showtime Networks. Earlier in his career, he served in senior marketing positions with Comcast Communications, Radisson Hotels International and Proctor and Gamble.
Rochester holds board positions and consults with several nonprofit organizations, helping them advance their missions through strategic marketing efforts. He speaks regularly on the topics of brand purpose and sustainability. Rochester is a graduate of Georgetown University and received an MBA from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.

His board experience also includes Sustainable Brands (2016 – 2017), Wharton Initiative for Global Environmental Leadership (IGEL, 2015-2017), Georgetown University Alumni Board of Governors (2014-2017), and Cable Television and Marketing Association (CTAM, 2005-2007).

Thomas Ahn
Prior to founding Integrity Capital, Mr. Ahn spent a decade at major Wall Street leading investment banking firms as Vice President with Merrill Lynch Capital Markets, Salomon Brothers and Nomura Securities, Inc., where he specialized in capital markets and derivatives sales & trading.
He also has entrepreneurial experience as CEO running a California based software company that specialized in the digitization process of corporate transactions. Further, he has direct investment experience working as a General Partner with Flynn Gallagher Associates, a leading Venture Capital firm that was involved in investments for early stage technology companies, and was the Owner of Access Nevada, the largest ISP (internet service provider) in Nevada, when it was successfully acquired by Viawest Internet Services.
Mr. Ahn holds a Bachelor of Arts from the University of California at San Diego in Management Science and a graduate degree Master of Business Administration from the University of California at Berkeley.
Gary Andrew Rhodes
Rhodes is a European based business builder and global consulting advisor, and principally works out of the United Kingdom and Spain. He connects every leader he works with and talented founders of these companies to the worldwide market possibilities and profitable sales channels. He founded 360Success Ltd., a private educational focused consulting platform that serves a wide range sectors from health and wellness, media and sports, real estate and energy markets.
Rhodes proven track record to help company founders become significant branded players and recognized leaders themselves in their served markets is how he continually grows his network.
